Charles Smith Agency was founded in the early 1950s as a business broker and quickly made a name for itself listing and selling residential properties. With the growth of the suburbs in the late 1960s the company moved their office to Sayreville on the corner of Route 35 South and Morgan Avenue. This ideal office location allows us to effectively service clients in both Middlesex and Monmouth County. In 2007 we undertook a renovation of the exterior as well as an updating of the interior to provide a comfortable environment for both our agents to work in and our customers to visit during their home buying or selling experience.
